Interaction View

The interaction view serves as a detailed visual representation of how different entities are interconnected and how data flows among these entities within a project network. In this comprehensive network diagram, a selected entity is prominently positioned at the center, acting as the focal point, while all associated entities radiate outward in a peripheral layout. This arrangement not only highlights the central entity's significance but also illustrates the various relationships and interactions that exist within the network. Each connected entity is represented, showcasing the direct links and pathways through which data flows.

Select Entity Pop-up

When you designate the Interaction view as your primary setting, selecting either Network (in edit mode) or Entity (found on the project tile) triggers a Select Entity pop-up. This pop-up presents a comprehensive list of entities currently associated with your project. These entities can include various elements identified as systems, automation, or channels, all of which play essential roles in your project’s architecture.

If you have previously assigned entities to your project network, the pop-up will reflect a complete inventory of all entities. This inventory encompasses both the systems and automation that have been integrated into your project. The list will also include those entities that are not connected to any entity (but added to the project). By clicking on any of the listed entities, you can easily navigate to the interaction view, where you'll be able to visualize the network diagram and gain insights into the relationships and flow between different components.

This screen shows a detailed network diagram with the chosen entity at the center. Surrounding it are various interconnected entities displayed to illustrate their relationships and interactions. Each connection is clearly shown, helping you understand how the selected entity interacts within the network. The layout is designed to give a clear and straightforward overview of the entire entity network.

The Network tab offers a complete view of the selected entity and key information at a glance. In the details card, the entity's name is clearly visible along with its type—such as service, CRM, marketing, or another—and its corresponding logo for visual identification.

The details card also displays the entity's current status, which may include indicators like "Alert" or "Warning," pointing out potential issues needing attention. This immediate feedback is crucial for maintaining the health and performance of your network.
Beneath the details, a list of actionable items appears, making it easy to navigate different tasks related to the selected entity. These options may include troubleshooting, updating settings, or starting maintenance procedures, all aimed at improving efficiency and addressing concerns proactively.

To see details of any entity in the diagram, just click on it. When you select an entity within the network diagram, it gets highlighted to show your selection. Simultaneously, the details for that entity appear in a new task tab, offering comprehensive information and a list of relevant action items to help you manage related tasks efficiently.

To examine the network connection associated with any specific entity in the diagram, simply double-click on that entity. Upon doing so, the selected entity will be brought to the center of the viewing area, allowing for a clearer perspective. The diagram will dynamically adjust, arranging all connected entities around the centered entity, effectively illustrating the relationships and connections within the network. This interactive feature enhances visibility and comprehension of the network structure, allowing users to easily trace connections and understand the entire diagram's layout.

You can also interact with the connection lines linking different entities to view detailed information about the connection. Clicking on a line brings up a detailed overview in the network tab, showing the specifics of the connection and the number of objects connected within this network.
