Edit Connector

Overview

This article describes how to edit the settings of a system in the project network. You can access the Edit System band from both the Interaction View and the Dataflow View.

Note: If you are not an administrator user for the selected system, all settings appear in read-only mode and you cannot make modifications.

Step 1 – Start Edit Mode

  • You can access the Edit System band from two views:
    • Interaction View: Select any system in the network diagram. Select the Edit System band on the Network tab.
    • Dataflow View: Select any system node. Select the Edit System band on the Network tab.

  • After you select the Edit System band, a screen appears where you can select the section to modify. The screen provides the following sections:
    • Admin Users
    • Configuration
    • Details
    • Logo
    • Published Objects
    • Subscriptions
  • Select the respective band to open that section in editing mode.

Step 2 – View & Modify Admin Users

  • Select the Admin Users band.
  • Refer to the Admin Users article to view, add, and modify admin users.

Step 3 – Modify Configuration

  • Select the Configuration band.
  • Refer to the Configuration article to view and modify the configurations.

Step 4 – Modify System Details

  • Select the Details band.
  • Refer to the Details article to modify the system details.

Step 5 – Modify System Logo

  • Select the Logo band.
  • Refer to the Logo article to add, change, or remove the system logo.

Step 6 – View & Modify Published Objects

  • Select the Published Objects band.
  • Refer to the Published Objects article to view and modify the object settings.

Step 7 – View Subscriptions

  • Select the Subscriptions band.
  • Refer to the Subscriptions article to view and modify the subscription settings.
