Edit Connector

Overview

This article provides you with information on how to edit the system that is part of the project network. Please note that the system can be edited from both the Interaction and Dataflow views. When you are on the Interaction View and click any system in the network diagram, the Network tab will display the Edit System band. Similarly, when you are on the Dataflow view, click on any System node, and the Network tab will display the Edit System band.  

Please note that if you are not an administrator user for the selected system, all settings will appear in read-only mode, and you will be unable to make any modifications.

Step 1 - Start Edit Mode 

  1. To edit the system in the project network, you have two options:
    1. Interaction View: Select any system in the network diagram. Click on the Edit System band on the Network tab.
    2. Dataflow View: Select any system node in the dataflow view. Click on the Edit System band on the Network tab.

  1. Once you click the Edit System band, a screen will appear, allowing you to select the section you want to modify. The screen provides the following sections:
    1. Admin Users
    2. Configuration
    3. Details
    4. Logo
    5. Maintenance
    6. Published Objects
    7. Subscriptions
  2. To edit any of the sections, click on the respective band. This will open the selected section in editing mode.

Step 2 - View & Modify Admin Users

  1. Click on the Admin Users band.
  2. Refer to the Admin Users article to view, add, and modify the admin users.

Step 3 - Modify Configuration

  1. Click on the Configuration band.
  2. Refer to the Configuration article to view and modify the configurations.

Step 4 - Modify System Details

  1. Click on the Details band.
  2. Refer to the Details article to modify the system details. 

Step 5 - Modify System Logo

  1. Click on the Logo band.
  2. Refer to the Logo article to add, change, or remove the system logo.

Step 6 - View & Modify Published Objects

  1. Click on the Published Objects band.
  2. Refer to the Published Objects article to view and modify the object settings.


Step 6 - View Subscriptions

  1. Click on the Subscriptions band.
  2. Refer to the Subscriptions article to view and modify the object settings.
