View Partnership Status

Overview

Once you receive the partnership offer, you'll see a different status depending on the partnership's progress. These statuses are displayed on the partner's card within your business partner screen. The status that appears on the partner's card will depend on the action taken by the partner: 
  1. Open
  2. Active
  3. Declined
  4. Modified
  5. Terminated 

Open Partnership Status

  1. When the partner has sent the partnership offer to the client and the client has not responded to the partner's offer, the client card will be displayed on the partner's home page labeled as "Open."

Active Partnership Status

  1. When the partner has sent the partnership offer to the client and the client has accepted the partner's offer, the client's card will not display any label.
  2. This indicates that the partnership is active.

Declined Partnership Status

  1. When the partner has sent the partnership offer to the client and the client has declined the offer, the client's card will be displayed on the partner's home page labeled as "Declined."

Modified Partnership Status

  1. When the partner has sent the partnership offer to the client, and the client has accepted the partnership, it is active.
  2. After some of the client modifies any of the details in the partnership at his end, the client's card on the partner's homepage will be marked as "Modified", indicating that the client has modified the partnership details, which the partner needs to acknowledge.

Terminated Partnership Status

  1. When the partner has sent the partnership offer to the client, and the client has accepted the partnership, it is active.
  2. At any given point in time, if the client terminates the partnership at his end, the client's card on the partner's homepage will be marked as "Terminated", indicating that the client has terminated the partnership details.
