Overview
If you are not satisfied with the services provided by your partner/customer or if, for any reason, you feel it is necessary to terminate the partnership, you have the flexibility to do so at your convenience. This means you can end the partnership at any time, ensuring you retain control over the agreement based on your needs and circumstances.
Customer Ends Partnership
- To end the partnership, click the End Partnership icon in the context menu of the partner's tile. You can also access the End Partnership icon on the partner's details screen.
- Upon clicking the icon, an End Partnership pop-up appears.
- Provide the reason for ending the partnership in the text box provided on the pop-up.
- Yes button:
- Click Yes to end the partnership.
- Upon clicking the button, the partner's tile is removed from your home screen, and a notification is sent to the partner.
- No button:
- Click No to close the pop-up.
- Upon clicking the button, you remain on the home screen.
If the Partner Ended the Partnership
- Once the partner ends the partnership, the partner sees the Terminated status on the partner's tile.
- The following context menu appears on the tile:
- View Partnership:
- To view the details of an ended partnership, click the View Partnership icon in the customer's tile context menu.
- You can view the Assigned Contact, Partner Management Team, and Partnership History screens for comprehensive information.
- The information in these screens is read-only; you cannot make modifications.
- Delete:
- Click the Remove icon to remove the partner tile from your screen.
