End Partnership With Your Client


Overview

If you are not satisfied with the services provided by your partner/customer or if, for any reason, you feel it is necessary to terminate the partnership, you have the flexibility to do so at your convenience. This means you can decide to end the partnership at any time, ensuring you have control over the agreement based on your needs and circumstances. 

Partner View - Ended Partnership

  1. Once the customer ends the partnership, the partner will see the 'Terminated' status on the customer's tile.
  2. The following context menu will appear on the tile:
  3. View Partnership:
    1. To access the details of an ended partnership, please click the 'View Partnership' icon located in the context menu of the customer's tile.
    2. You will be able to view the 'Assigned Contact', 'Partner Management Team', and 'Partnership History' screens for comprehensive information.
    3. It is important to note that the information presented in these screens is read-only, and therefore, no modifications can be made.
  4. Delete:
    1. Click on the 'Remove' icon to remove the customer tile from your screen.


Ends Partnership

  1. To end the partnership with your client, click the End Partnership icon in the client's card context menu. You can also access the End Partnership icon on the partner's details screen.

  1. An End Partnership pop-up will appear.
  2. Provide the reason for ending the partnership in the text box provided on the pop-up.
  3. Click the 'Yes' button to end the partnership. Upon clicking the button, the client card will be removed from your home screen, and a notification will be sent to the client. 

Customer View - Ended Partnership

  1. Once the partner ends the partnership, the partner will see the 'Terminated' status on the partner's tile.
  2. The following context menu will appear on the tile:

    1. To access the details of an ended partnership, please click the 'View Partnership' icon located in the context menu of the customer's tile.
