Accept Partnership Offer

Overview

When you receive a partnership offer from one of your business partners, their dedicated tile will appear prominently on their home screen. This tile will indicate the status of the offer as 'Open' and will display that there are currently "0" contacts and "0" active projects associated with this partnership. You will have the opportunity to carefully consider the offer and can choose to either accept or decline it based on your assessment.

  2. The card will display the status as Open
  3. To accept or decline the offer, click on the partner card.

Step 2 - Accept Offer

  1. Once you click on the partner's card, the screen will display the offer details.

Assign Role

  1. Once you click on the Accept button, an Assign Role screen will appear.
  2. On this screen, you need to assign roles to the offered contacts from your partner.  Before accepting, assigning a role to each contact based on the available environments within your organization is essential. For instance, if three environments are present—namely production, development, and quality testing—at least one role must be assigned for the environment in which you wish the contact to operate.

  1. The screen is divided into two sections: Team Member and Assign Role(s).
  2. The Team Member section displays a list of accepted contacts. Your partner might have offered you a single or multiple contacts.

  4. However, you can also assign the same roles to all the contacts. To assign the same role and environment to all contacts, click the 'Select All' button located at the top right of the section.

  1. Once you select an individual contact or choose all the offered contacts, the Assign Role(s) section becomes enabled.
  2. To assign a role, start by selecting a contact from the Team Member section. After making your selection, the Assign Role(s) section will be active.

  1. All available environments will be displayed, each represented by a distinct band. Each band indicates the name of the environment, and at the end of each band, there is a drop-down menu containing a list of roles associated with that particular environment.
  2. Select the appropriate role from the drop-down menu.
  3. Close: The Close button will close the pop-up and take you to the Offer screen.
  4. Accept:
    1. By default, the Accept button is disabled.
    2. The button will be enabled once you have assigned roles to all the contacts.
    3. Click on the Accept button.

  1. A confirmation pop-up will appear after you click it. Then, click the 'Yes' button to confirm.
  2. When you click the 'Yes' button, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and you will be taken to the home screen.
