View the Client's Partnership Status

Overview

Once you send the partnership offer, you'll see a different status depending on the partnership's progress, such as accepted, open, declined, or modified. These statuses are displayed on the partner's card within your business partner screen. When you send an offer to a partner, the default status shown is Open. The next status that appears depends on the partner's action.

Partnership Status

The following statuses appear on the business card:

1. Open
   
2. Active
   
3. Declined
   
4. Modified
   
5. Terminated 
   

Open Partnership Status

1. When the partner has sent the partnership offer to the client and the client has not responded, the client card appears on the partner's home page labeled Open.

Active Partnership Status

1. When the partner has sent the partnership offer to the client and the client has accepted it, the client's card displays no label.
   
2. This indicates that the partnership is active.
   

Declined Partnership Status

1. When the partner has sent the partnership offer to the client and the client has declined it, the client's card appears on the partner's home page labeled Declined.

Modified Partnership Status

1. When the partner has sent the partnership offer to the client and the client has accepted it, the partnership is active.
2. After the client modifies any partnership details, the client's card on the partner's homepage is marked as Modified, indicating the change and prompting the partner to acknowledge it.

Terminated Partnership Status

1. At any given time, if the client terminates the partnership, the client's card on the partner's homepage is marked as Terminated.
