OneEnterprise Integration Platform | User Story #14231 | June 2026
The Partner Portal Leads module gives authorized partners a dedicated space to submit, track, and manage sales leads within the OneEnterprise Integration Platform. Partners access the module through the Partner Portal application, navigate to the Leads section, and work within a structured grid that supports search, filter, sorting, and column customization. Partners can also submit new leads directly from the Leads screen.
This guide covers each functional area of the Leads module: accessing the Partner Portal, navigating the Leads screen, using search and filter, accessing help, submitting a new lead, and customizing the leads grid.
The Partner Portal is a dedicated application within OneEnterprise. Partners access it from the main OneEnterprise application.
To open the Partner Portal:

Note The Partner Portal icon appears at the very bottom of the OneEnterprise left navigation bar. If you do not see it, contact your administrator to confirm your partner access permissions. |
The Leads section displays all sales leads associated with your partner account. The screen includes a statistics bar at the top and a data grid listing each lead.
To navigate to the Leads section:

The statistics bar shows four metrics for your pipeline:
Metric | Description |
Total leads | The total number of leads in your account. |
Qualified | Leads reviewed and marked as qualified. |
Under review | Leads currently under review by the OneEnterprise sales team. |
Conversion rate | The percentage of leads that converted to active customers. |
The action area at the top of the Leads screen contains the core navigation and tools for the module.

Callout | Element | Description |
1 | Partner Portal icon | Opens the Partner Portal from the main application navigation. |
2 | Leads navigation item | Selects the Leads section within the Clients group menu. |
3 | Leads title / badge | Displays the module name and the current record count. |
4 | Search bar | Filters the leads grid by company name or contact details. |
The search bar filters the leads grid in real time as you type. The grid updates to show only leads that match the search term, and the statistics bar updates to reflect the filtered results.
To search for a lead:

Note The leads grid has a fixed left section (Company, Type) and a horizontally scrollable right section. Search results appear across both sections. If no leads match your search term, the grid displays an empty state. Clear the search to return to the full list. |
The filter panel lets you narrow the leads grid by one or more criteria. Use the filter to focus on specific lead types, statuses, or geographic regions.
To filter the leads grid:

Note You can combine multiple filter values across categories. Select Submit after making all your selections to apply the complete filter set at once. |
The help icon in the action area opens the Help panel, which provides contextual guidance for the Leads module.

Partners use the New Lead form to submit a new sales lead into the OneEnterprise pipeline. When you submit a lead, the system automatically attributes it to your partner account.
