Overview
The Leads module in OneEnterprise enables partners to register, track, and manage sales leads within the integration platform pipeline. A lead represents a prospective customer opportunity that a partner submits for progression through the OneEnterprise sales lifecycle. When you submit a lead, it is automatically attributed to your partner account and enters the platform's sales workflow.
Partners use the Leads module to register new opportunities, monitor lead status across stages such as New, Qualified, and Onboarding Wizard, and maintain accurate contact and configuration data. You can also delete leads that are no longer relevant, and modify existing lead records to reflect updated customer information or configuration changes.
To access the Leads module, navigate to Customers > Leads in the left sidebar. The Leads list displays all leads associated with your partner account, including the company name, contact details, assigned edition, region, and current status.
Key Features:
- Register New Leads: Submit prospective customer opportunities directly into the OneEnterprise sales pipeline with full contact and company details.
- Lead Status Tracking: Monitor each lead's progression through status stages, including New, Qualified, and Onboarding Wizard.
- Edition and Billing Configuration: Assign the appropriate OneEnterprise edition, billing cycle, and data center location to each lead at registration or during edit.
- Lead Modification: Update any lead's contact information, address, sales configuration, or description at any time.
- Lead Deletion: Permanently remove leads that are no longer active, with a confirmation step to prevent accidental deletion.
