Overview

The Leads module in OneEnterprise allows you to remove the leads. This article provides the steps to delete the existing leads.

Delete a Lead

You can permanently remove a lead from the OneEnterprise pipeline using the delete action in the Leads list. This action is irreversible — the platform requires explicit confirmation before deleting the record.

Step 1 – Select the Lead to Delete

  • Navigate to Customers > Leads in the left sidebar.
  • Locate the lead you want to delete in the Leads list.
  • Select the Delete icon (trash icon) in the Actions column for the relevant lead row.


The Leads list displays the Actions column on the right side of each row. Each row includes icon controls to view, edit, and delete the lead. The Added column shows the date the lead was registered. Select the delete icon for the target lead to initiate deletion.


Step 2 – Confirm the Deletion

  • A confirmation dialog appears: Are you sure you want to delete the lead for [Lead Name]? This action cannot be undone.
  • Select Delete to permanently remove the lead from the pipeline.
  • Select Cancel to abort the operation and return to the Leads list.
📄  Please note that deleting a lead is a permanent action. You cannot recover a deleted lead. Ensure the lead is no longer needed before confirming the deletion.
