Delete Contact

Overview

Welcome to this section, where we will provide step-by-step instructions on removing contacts already in the system efficiently and effectively. Following our guidance, you can complete the process smoothly and ensure your contact list is up-to-date.

Start Deletion Mode

  1. Option 1: Click on the menu icon and then select the Delete icon, as shown on the screen.
  2. Option 2: Clikc on the Delete option from the drop-down.

Confirm Deletion

  1. Once you use any of the option to delete the contact, a confirmation pop-up screen appears.
  2. The pop-up will have two options - a Yes button and a No button.
  3. If you select the Yes button, the band will be deleted.
  4. However, the deletion process will be terminated if you select the No button.

Upon successful deletion, a pop-up screen confirms the deletion.
