Overview
The Edit Contact Details feature allows users to quickly update and maintain accurate personal communication information within the system. Whether adjusting a phone number, email address, or other contact fields, this functionality ensures that all contact data remains current and reliable. With a simple, intuitive interface, users can seamlessly update their details, helping maintain smooth communication and ensuring essential information is always up to date.
Start Editing Mode
- Option 1: Select the Edit icon from the context menu on the Contact card.
- Option 2: Select the Edit option dropdown on the Contact Details screen.

- After you click the Edit button, a screen appears where you can choose the section to modify.
- The screen displays the following sections:
- Address
- Avatar
- Communication
- Details
- Roles
- To edit contact details, click the Details band. The screen opens in edit mode.
Modify Personal Details
After you click the Details band, the Contact Details screen appears. The following fields appear with pre-populated data. Modify any of them as needed:
- First Name: Edit your first name in this field.
- Last Name: Edit your last name in this field.
- Email: This field is disabled. You cannot edit the email address.
- Birthday: Edit your date of birth in this field.
- Save: By default, the Save button is disabled. After you modify any field, the Save button is enabled, allowing you to save your changes.
Modify any field, then click the Save button to save the changes.
To discard your changes, click anywhere on the breadcrumb. A confirmation dialog appears.
- When you try to exit the screen without saving your changes, a confirmation dialog appears.
- To discard the changes, click Yes.
- To keep the changes, click No. This closes the dialog, and you remain on the screen. Click Save to save your changes.
