View System Details


Overview

This section offers a detailed overview of your system. You can view the list of published objects and the entities connected to your system. Additionally, you can see the projects associated with the selected system.

Navigate to the System Module

Navigation: Home > System> Card
  1. Click anywhere on the System card.

  1. Once clicked, the details screen will appear.
  2. The details screen provides a brief overview of the system.
  3. By default, you will see the following widgets on the details screen:
    1. System
    2. Published Object
    3. Connected Entities
    4. Used in Project
  4. Each widget will have its corresponding information.

System Widget

The widget offers a complete overview of your system, highlighting key details at a glance. The system logo is prominently displayed with its name, serving as a quick identifier. In the top right corner of the widget, you'll see the system type. The system version is also shown at the bottom. Additionally, the widget displays the system's authentication type and its activation status, indicating whether the system is active or inactive.


    Published Object

    The widget provides a list of the published objects of the system. The system can publish all its objects or the selected ones based on how the system is configured. In this widget, only objects that are published for use will be displayed. Each object is represented on a separate band. Upon clicking the respective band, you will be directed to the object's settings, where you can view and modify the object's settings. Refer to the Published Object articles on how to alter its settings. 



    Connected Entities

    The widget displays a list of entities connected to the selected system. The list will include each entity's name, logo, and description. Each entity is shown on a separate band. If you want to see more details about a connected entity, click on its respective band. Clicking on an entity will take you to the System Overview screen of that system.


    Used in Project

    The widget displays the project details that are associated with the chosen system. A list of projects will be shown with name, logo, and description. If you want to see more details about the project, click on the respective band. Clicking on it will take you to the Project module with its detail screen open.


    Work With Widgets

    This section describes the details of how you can organize, modify, add, or remove widgets from the details screen.

    Organize Widgets

    Refer to the Customize Dashboard article to organize your widgets on the screen. 

    Add or Remove Widgets

    1. Refer to the Add Widgets to Dashboard article to add widgets to your screen. 
    2. Refer to the Remove Widget article to remove the widget from the screen.

    Edit Widget Name

    Refer to the Edit Widget Name article to modify the widget name of your choice. 

    Modify Data Display Type

    Refer to the Modify Data Display Type article to modify the widget name. 

    Edit Button with Menu Options

    1. An Edit button is available on the screen's action area. Clicking the button directs you to the editing screen.
    2. An accordion is provided next to the Edit button. Upon clicking on the accordion, a list of options is provided:    
      1. Favorite: You can mark a system as a favorite by clicking on the Star icon. When you mark a system as a favorite, it will appear alphabetically at the top of the list. The rest of the systems will be arranged in alphabetical order after the favorite system.
      2. Test Connection: This option allows you to recheck the test connection of the selected system. 
      3. Message Log: This option allows you to view the message log of the system.
      4. Deactivate: This option allows you to deactivate the chosen system.
      5. Delete: This option allows you to delete the system.

    Edit Contact

    1. To edit a system, click on the Edit button.

    1. After clicking the Edit button, a screen will appear where you can modify any system details.
    2. Refer to the Edit System article for the steps to edit the details.


    Mark the System as a Favourite

    1. To mark the system as a favourite, click on the Favourite option. 


    1. After clicking the option, the system will be marked with a star icon indicating it as a favorite system.
    2. You can remove a system from your favorites at any time. For systems already marked as favorites, the Unfavourite option will be available in the drop-down menu. Click on the Unfavourite option to remove the system from your favorites. 


    Test Connection

    1. To verify the connection of the system, click on the Test Connection option.


    1. The OneEnterprise will try to establish the connection with your system. 
    2. Once the test connection is successful, a confirmation pop-up will be shown on the screen. 

    Message Log

    1. To view the message logs of the selected system, click on the Message Log option.


    1. After clicking on the Message Log option, you will be directed to the Message Log screen, where you can review the logs.


    Deactivate the Contact

    1. For any reason, if you wish to deactivate the system, click on the Deactivate option.


    1. After clicking the option, the contact will be deactivated and displayed in gray.
    2. Once the system is deactivated, you can either reactivate or delete them. Additionally, you can view the message log of the system. No other options will be available for deactivated contacts.

    Delete System

    1. To delete a system, click on the Delete option.


    1. After clicking on the Delete option, a pop-up will appear for confirmation.
    2. Click on the Yes button to continue.
    3. Click on the No button to abort the deletion.
