  1. To see your laptop users, go to the 'Laptops' section found on the business partner tile in your interface.
  2. Upon clicking the section, you will be redirected to a new screen that prominently displays a comprehensive list of all users currently associated with laptop usage.
  3. Each user is represented by an individual tile, which features a variety of options within a context menu for easy interaction with each user's profile. The available options in this menu include:
    1.   Edit: This option provides you with the capability to modify the user's contact details, ensuring that all information remains accurate and up to date.
    2.   Delete: With this option, you can remove a user’s contact entirely from the system, eliminating any associated data.
    3.   Remove Laptop: This option allows for a transition of the user’s status from laptop mode to cloud mode, effectively switching their mode of operation.
    4.   Deactivate/Activate: This functionality enables you to deactivate or reactivate the user’s account based on their current requirements and usage status.
    5.   Favorite: Using this option, you can designate a user as a favorite, allowing for quick access to their profile in the future.
  4. To view any of the contact's details, click on the corresponding tile. You will then be directed to the Contact module screen, which has the contact details screen open.
