Overview

The Project Detail screen provides a comprehensive view of your project information. You can review team members—including their roles, responsibilities, and contact information—along with the systems integrated with your project and the synced objects that maintain consistent data flow across connected applications and platforms.

Navigate to the Project Module

• Select anywhere on the Project card.

Project Details

• The Project Details screen appears.
• The screen provides a brief overview of the project.
• By default, the details screen displays the following widgets:
  • Project
  • Team Members
  • Synced Object(s)
  • Connected Entities
• Each widget displays its corresponding information.

Project Details Widget

The Project Details widget displays a comprehensive description of your project. It shows the project logo and name as quick identifiers. The information in this widget is read-only.

Team Members Widget

The Team Members widget displays a complete list of team members in the selected project. Each team member appears on a separate band showing their logo, name, role, and department. If a team member belongs to a business partner, the widget also displays the business partner's logo, helping you identify contacts when working with multiple business partners.

To view details about a team member, click their band. The Contact module opens with that team member's details.

Synced Object Widget

The Synced Object widget lists all synced objects associated with the selected project. Although a system can publish many objects, this widget displays only the objects relevant to your project. Each object appears on a separate band. The information in this widget is read-only.

Connected Entities Widget

The Connected Entities widget displays a list of entities connected to the selected project. Each entity appears on a separate band showing its name, logo, and description. To view details about a connected entity, click its band. The System Overview screen for that system opens.

Work With Widgets

This section describes how to organize, modify, add, or remove widgets on the details screen.

Organize Widgets

Refer to the Customize Dashboard article to organize widgets on the screen.

Add or Remove Widgets

• Refer to the Add Widgets to Dashboard article to add widgets to your screen.
• Refer to the Remove Widget article to remove a widget from the screen.

Edit Widget Name

Refer to the Edit Widget Name article to modify the widget name.

Modify Data Display Type

Refer to the Modify Data Display Type article to modify the data display type.

Edit Button with Menu Options

The Edit button lets you edit project details and access additional project options. A drop-down menu next to the Edit button provides the following options, which are also available on the project card menu:

• Favorite: Use this option to mark the current project as a favorite.
• Lock: Use this option to lock the project. Once locked, no team member can modify or use the project.
• Invite Team Member: Use this option to invite team members to your project.
• Delete: Use this option to delete the current project. Your role and permissions determine whether this option is available. If you do not have delete permission, this option is disabled.

Edit Project

• Click Edit.

• The Edit Project screen appears.
• Refer to the Edit Project article for instructions.

Mark the Project as a Favorite

• Select Favorite from the drop-down menu.

• The project is marked with a star icon, indicating it is a favorite.
• To remove the project from your favorites, select Remove from Favorites from the drop-down menu.

Lock Project

• Select Lock from the drop-down menu.
• The project is locked. No team member can modify or delete it.

Invite Team Member

• Select Invite Team Member from the drop-down menu.

• The Invite Team Member screen opens.
• Refer to the Add Team Member article for instructions on inviting a team member.

Delete Project

• Select Delete from the drop-down menu.

• A confirmation dialog appears.
• Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
• Click No to cancel.
