Modify System Logo


Overview

This section provides detailed guidelines to assist you in modifying or revising your system's current logo. Following these instructions step by step, you can easily update or edit the logo to reflect your brand's identity.
  1. Once you click on the Logo band, you will be taken to the system Logo screen.
  2. This screen will display two logos side by side: Full and Small.
  3. The Full Logo will display the business partner's default logo, while the Small Logo will display a portion of the logo.
  4. You will find a Change and Remove button for both logos on the screen. If you click on the Change button, you can replace the existing image. On the other hand, if you want to delete the logo, you can use the Remove button.

The JPG, PNG, BMP, and SVG formats should be supported for uploading images and logos.

Step 1 - Start Edit Mode

  1. To enter edit mode, you have two options to start editing your system:
    1. Option 1: Click on the Edit icon in the context menu on the System card.
    2. Option 2: Choose the Edit option from the drop-down menu on the System Details screen.

  1. Once you select any of the options explained above to reach the edit screen, the following screen will appear.
  2. Click on the Details band. This will open the selected section in editing mode.

Step 2 - Add, Modify, or Remove Logo

  1. This section describes how to add, modify, or remove the image of your system.
  2. Once you click on the Logo band, you will be taken to the contact Logo screen.
  3. By default, this screen will show the system logos. We will provide the default logo to your system; however, you can modify it as needed.
  4. You will find a Change and Remove button for both logos on the screen. If you click the Change button, you can replace the existing image. On the other hand, if you want to delete the logo, you can use the Remove button.

  1. To modify the logo, click on the Change button.

  1. A local browsing pop-up will appear. Browse through your local system and locate the image.
  2. Once you find it, select the image and click Open.

  1. The pop-up will include the following options to edit the image:
    1. Crop
    2. Zoom in and Zoom out
    3. Rotate anti-clockwise and rotate clockwise
    4. Flip Vertically and Flip Horizontally
    5. Reset
  1. Save Image button is provided to save the cropped image. Once you have completed the modifications, click on the Save Image.


  1. To remove an existing image, click on the 'Remove' button. The image will be removed instantly.
  2. A toaster message confirms the removal of the image.
