Modify System Logo

Overview

This article explains how to modify your system's logo to reflect your brand's identity. Clicking the Logo band opens the Logo screen, where two logos are displayed side by side: the Full logo, which shows the system’s default logo, and the Small logo, which shows a portion of the logo. Each logo includes Change and Remove options, allowing you to either replace the existing image or delete it.

Step 1 - Start Edit Mode

  1. To enter edit mode, you have two options:
    1. Option 1: Click the Edit icon in the context menu on the System card.
    2. Option 2: Choose the Edit option from the dropdown on the System Details screen.

  1. Choose either option to enter edit mode.
  2. Once you are in edit mode, the following sections appear for editing:
    1. Admin Users
    2. Configuration
    3. Details
    4. Logo
    5. Published Trigger
    6. Subscriptions
  3. Each section appears on a separate band.
  4. Click the Logo band. This opens the selected section in edit mode.

Step 2 - Add, Modify, or Remove Logo

  1. After you click the Logo band, the system Logo screen appears.
  2. By default, this screen shows the system logos. OneEnterprise provides a default logo, which you can modify as needed.
  3. Both logos have a Change and Remove button. Click Change to replace the existing image, or click Remove to delete the logo.
Notes
JPG, PNG, BMP, and SVG formats are supported for uploading images and logos.



  1. To modify the logo, click the Change button.

  1. A local browsing pop-up appears. Browse your local system and locate the image.
  2. Once you find it, select the image and click Open.

  1. The pop-up includes the following options to edit the image:
    1. Crop
    2. Zoom in and Zoom out
    3. Rotate counterclockwise and clockwise
    4. Flip Vertically and Flip Horizontally
    5. Reset
  1. After you complete the modifications, click Save Image to save the cropped image.


  1. To remove an existing image, click the Remove button. The button removes the image instantly.
  2. A toaster message confirms the image's removal.
