Edit Business Partner Details

Within your business partner's profile, you can access the Edit screen, which enables you to make necessary changes to their information. This screen provides you with a range of fields to fill in or update, including their name, logo, physical address, and communication details such as phone number or email address. This feature ensures that you have complete control over your business partner's details and can easily keep them up-to-date.

Start Editing Mode

  1. Option 1: Select the Edit icon from the context menu on the Business Partner card.
  2. Option 2: Select the Edit option drop-down on the Business Partner Details screen.

Edit Business Partner

  1. After clicking the Edit button, a screen will appear where you can choose the section you want to modify.
  2. The following sections are provided on the screen:
    1. Address
    2. Communication
    3. Details
    4. Logo
  3.  To edit any of the sections, click on the respective band. The respective section will be opened in the editing mode upon clicking the band.


Modify Personal Details

  1. Click on the Details band on the edit screen, you will be directed to the Business Partner Details screen. Here, you will be able to edit the existing details. The following fields will appear with pre-populated data, and you can modify any of them:
    1. Name: A Name field that allows you to modify the business partner name.
    2. Website: A Website field where you can modify the website path.
    3. Description: A Description field where you can modify the short description of the business partner.
    4. Save: A Save button that enables you to save the changes.
  2. To discard the modification, click anywhere on the breadcrumb. Upon clicking the breadcrumb a confirmation pop-up will appear.


  1. When you try to exit the screen without saving your changes, a pop-up will appear seeking confirmation.
  2. If you discard the changes, click the Yes button.
  3. However, if you want to keep the changes, click the No button. This will close the pop-up. Remember to save your changes by clicking the Save button.
