Business Partner Dashboard

Business Partner Dashboard

Overview

In OneEnterprise, a Business Partner refers to any individual or organization that collaborates with us on a business-to-business (B2B) level.

Becoming a Business Partner is simple—anyone who registers with OneEnterprise is automatically designated as a Business Partner. Once your registration is complete and your account is activated, we’ll set up your profile in the system.

After logging in, you’ll be taken to the Dashboard. From there, you can access detailed information about your partnership by navigating to the Business Partner module.

Let’s take a closer look at what the Business Partner module offers.

Navigation: Home > Business Partner

This section explains how to access the business partner dashboard from any other screen.
  1. Click on the Business Partner menu to navigate to the Business Partner dashboard.

  1. Once you land on the Business Partner screen, you will see the business partner tile on the screen.

Business Partner Card

The card provides you with an overview of the business partner. You can view the following information on the card:
  1. On the top right side of the card, you will see a menu icon that offers various options like edit, invite contact, and favourite.
  2. The top left side of the tile may display a Warning or Alert icon. If your application functions correctly, you will not see any warning or alert icon. We will only display warning and alert information if we detect any issues or problems with your application.
  3. If you have configured your business partner logo, you will see it in the center of the tile. A default business partner logo will be displayed if you haven't configured the logo yet.
  4. The business partner's name you provided while registering with us will appear below the business partner logo on the tile.
  5. Next, you will see the business partner subtype, such as Service, Consulting, etc. This subtype is provided based on the work you are providing to your partners.
  6. Below the business partner subtype, you can view the business partner status level. This status level is provided based on your subscription. We have four statuses:
    1. Platinum Partner
    2. Gold Partner
    3. Silver Partner
    4. Bronze Partner
  7. If you have provided us with your web address, it will be displayed below your business partner's name.
  8. At the bottom of the card, you can view your Project and Contact details:
    1. Laptops: This section displays the number of contacts using on-premise applications. If you do not have any contact who is using the on-premise application, an Add Laptop will be displayed. Upon clicking the section, a wizard will open that will allow you to configure any of your contacts as laptop users.
    2. Contacts: This section displays the number of associated contacts with you. If you are logging in for the first time, '1' will be shown.

The menu icon is located at the top-right corner of the tile. When you hover your mouse over the icon, a menu showing multiple options will appear. You can click on any of these options. The menu offers the following choices:
  1. Favorite: You can mark a card as a favorite by clicking on the Star icon. When you mark a card as a favorite, it will appear alphabetically at the top of the list. The cards will be arranged in alphabetical order after the favorite card.
  2. Invite Contact: This option allows you to invite any contact to your business partner.
  3. Edit: This option allows you to edit the details of your business partner, like name, logo, address, and communications.
  4. Delete: Deleting a business partner is possible through this option. However, the display of this option is subject to the control of the One Enterprise administrator. The availability of this option to you depends on the administrator's settings. It will not be visible if you are not authorized to view this option.
