- In this step, please select the automation you want to configure. You will see a list of already installed automations.
- To help you find the right automation, search and automation type filter options are available on the screen.
- The corresponding results will appear instantly when you start typing a name into the search field.
- You can also use the 'Type' filter to search for a particular automation. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list, such as Accounting automation, to display all related automation options.
- If you cannot find the automation you are searching for after applying the filters, you can choose the options at the bottom of the screen.
- The first option, 'Get from the marketplace', allows you to select your desired automation from the market.
- The second option, 'Create Your Automation', allows you to create your automation and directs you to the Automation Designer screen.
- The third option, 'Ask the Community for Support', allows you to seek help from the OneEnterprise community. You will be directed to our community portal, where you can post your queries and receive assistance.
- Select the appropriate option by clicking on the desired button. After clicking the desired button, you will be redirected from the wizard to the corresponding screen.
- To select, click on the desired automation; that row will be highlighted.
- If you want to cancel the wizard at any point, click the 'Cancel' button.
- To return to the previous step, click the 'Previous Step' button.
- Next Step:
- The 'Next Step' button is turned off by default, but will be enabled once you select automation.
- Click on the enabled 'Next Step' button to continue.
Step 5 - Assign Connector(s) to Automation
- In this step, you must assign the connector types to the automation port.
- The screen is divided into two sections:
- Automation Ports:
- The left side of the section will display the list of connectors involved in the chosen automation.
- In technical terms, it is referred to as a port.
- A separate band represents each system. When you click on a band, you will see the connectors listed on the right side of the section.
- Once you select a system type from the list, the chosen connector will display a tick icon, indicating that it has been assigned.
- You need to assign a connector to all ports. You cannot move further in the wizard unless you assign all the systems.
- System Types:
- Once you select any of the systems from the list, it will be assigned to the automation port.
- You will see a blank screen with the 'Create Connector' button if you do not have a connector type.
- If you click on the button, you will be directed to the Connectors home screen, where you can create the system type.
- You must first create the connector type and then return to the wizard to connect the automation.
- If you want to cancel the wizard at any point, click the 'Cancel' button.
- To return to the previous step, click the 'Previous Step' button.
- Next Step:
- The 'Next Step' button is disabled by default, but it becomes enabled once all system types have been assigned to the port.
- Click on the enabled 'Next Step' button to continue.

Step 6 - Connecting Automation
- The Connecting Automation screen will appear after you click the 'Next Step' button. You can relax while we handle all the backend work.
- Once all the settings are configured, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.
- Click the 'Close' button to exit the screen.
