Subscribe to Tickets Notifications

Overview

This section explains how to subscribe to notifications from the Projects module. The Projects module includes various notification types you can subscribe to. 

Projects Notifications

  1. Click on the Tickets band.

  1. After you click the Tickets module, set up the notification type for tickets.
  2. All available notification types appear on the screen.
  3. Each band has a toggle button that lets you subscribe to a notification type.
  4. Enable the toggle button to subscribe to the notifications.
  5. Enabling a notification type subscribes you to notifications for that event.
  6. If you toggle off a notification type, you no longer receive notifications for that event.

  1. A Subscription dropdown is available in the action area.
  2. The dropdown provides the following options:
    1. Subscribe All: 
      1. Select this option to subscribe to all notification types for the Tickets module.
      2. Click the Subscribe to all option from the dropdown.
    2. Unsubscribe All:
      1. Use this option to unsubscribe from all notifications in the Tickets module.
      2. Click the Unsubscribe to all option from the dropdown.
