Subscribe to Contacts Notifications

Overview

This section delineates the procedure for subscribing to notifications from the Contacts module. Within the Contacts module, various types of notifications have been categorized for subscription purposes. 

Contacts Notifications

  1. Click on the Contacts band.

  1. Upon clicking the Contacts module, you can set up the notification type for Contacts.
  2. All available notification types will be listed on the screen.
  3. To subscribe to any notification type, a toggle button is provided for each band.
  4. Enable the toggle button to subscribe to the notifications.
  5. You will receive notifications for the related event by enabling a notification type.
  6. Conversely, if you unsubscribe from a notification type by toggling the button, you will not receive any notifications for that event.

  1. A Subscription drop-down button is provided in the action area of the screen.
  2. The drop-down provides the following options:
    1. Subscribe All: 
      1. You can select this option to subscribe to all notification types for the Contacts module.
      2. Click on the Subscribe to all option from the drop-down.
    2. Unsubscribe All:
      1. This option enables you to unsubscribe from all notifications from the Contacts module.
      2. Click on the Unsubscribe to all option from the drop-down.
