Activation

Overview

Assuming you have finished the registration process, you should have received an activation link at your registered email address. If you haven't completed the registration process, please do so before proceeding to activate your account. If you still haven't received the activation link or if it has expired, you can generate a new activation link from the login screen.

Step 1 - Look for Activation Email

  1. Please check your registered email and search for an email from OneEnterprise Registration, which should be similar to the screenshot.
  2. When you find the email, please open it.

  1. In the email body, you will find the welcome message and instructions to activate your account.
  2. Click on the Activate My OneEnterprise Account button.
  3. Upon clicking, you will be directed to the Activation screen.

Step 2 - Activate Your Account

  • After clicking on the Activate My OneEnterprise Account button, you will be directed to the Activation screen.
  • To begin the activation process, please enter your registered email address in the designated field.
  • Then, enter your password in the appropriate field.
  • Finally, click on the Activate button to complete the process.
  • Once you've clicked on the Activate button, we will verify your email address.

  • Once your email verification is complete, you will be directed to a confirmation screen that confirms your successful activation.
  • After activation, we will finalize all background checks and prepare your account.
  • Once your account is ready, we will send you a dedicated login URL via email.
  • To close the screen, simply click on the "Close" button.

  1. Once you have activated the account successfully, a welcome email will be sent to you.

  1. Open the email, and click on the OneEnterprise Login button.

  1. Upon clicking the OneEnterprise Login button, your dedicated tenant URL will open.
  2. Enter the login credentials and log in to your tenant.
