View Notifications

Overview

Notifications are messages that appear on the application's notification panel. They remind you of specific tasks that need to be completed within the application. A notification bell icon is provided in the header of the screen. Once you receive any new notification, it will be displayed on the panel. You can view the latest notification by clicking on the bell icon. Only the four latest notifications will be shown on the panel. To view old notifications, you need to go to the notification section, where you can view all notifications and take appropriate action on them. However, the bell icon will display the total number of unread notifications. The four latest notifications will be shown.
Please remember that you need to subscribe to notifications to receive updates for a specific module. If you do not subscribe, you will not get any notifications. You can customize your notification settings to choose the types of notifications you want to receive and how you would like to view them.

View Notifications

  1. Click on the bell icon.

  1. A notification panel will open.
  2. The panel will display the latest four notifications. 
  3. Review the notification message on it.

Mark the Notification as Read 

  1. Once you have read the notification message, you can mark it as read. 
  2. Hover over the notification, and the Set as Read icon will appear on it. 
  3. Click on the Set as Read icon. 
  4. Once you mark the notification as read, the notification message will disappear from the panel, and the unread notification message will take its place.
  1. You can also mark all the notifications as read.
  2. Click the "Set all as read" button.
  3. All the notifications on the panel will be marked as read, and a new set of notifications will appear if available.

View All Notifications

  1. You can view all the notifications in the notification module.
  2. Click on the See all notifications button.

  1. Once you click on the See all notifications button, you will be directed to the Notifications screen, where all the notifications will be listed from all modules.

Remove Notification

  1. Once you have read the notification message, you can delete the message. 
  2. Hover over the notification, and the Delete icon will appear on it. 
  3. Click on the Delete icon. 
  4. The notification message will disappear from the panel, and the unread notification message will take its place.

  1. Once you click on the Delete icon, a confirmation pop-up will appear.
  2. Click the Yes button to delete the notification.
  3. Click the No button to cancel the removal process.

Subscribe Notifications

  1. To get the notifications from any module, you need to subscribe to the notifications for that module. 
  2. Click on the Settings icon.

  1. After clicking on the Settings icon, you will be directed to the Notifications section under the Settings module.
  2. You can subscribe to any notifications on the screen.
