Partner Dashboard


Overview

This module conveniently presents a comprehensive list of available partners in the marketplace. Using the partner dashboard, you can easily explore the most popular, recently added, or updated partners. The search and filter options further enable you to locate your required partner. Additionally, clicking on a partner's card provides access to more detailed information about the specific partner.

Navigate to the Marketplace Partner Module

Navigation: Marketplace > Partner
This section describes how to navigate to the Partners screen from any other screen.
  1. Go to the Marketplace group menu.
  2. Click on the "Partner" menu, as shown on the screen.

Marketplace Partner's Dashboard

  1. On the dashboard, you will find several sections designed to highlight parts of our:
    1. Popular Partners
    2. Recently Added Partners
    3. Recently Updated Partners
  2. Each section displays the most popular, recently added, and recently updated partners.
  3. To make your experience more convenient, you can expand any section by clicking on the accordion to see the complete list.
  4. Click the respective card for more detailed information about any partner. 

Partner Card Details

The card provides essential information about your partner. It includes the following details:
  1. The top of the card displays the partner's logo
  2. Beneath the logo, you'll find the partner's name
  3. The type of partner is listed below the name. Reviews and ratings specific to the partner are located at the bottom of the card. 
  4. For more detailed information, click on the respective card.

Action Area

The action area is a part of the screen, usually found in the top right corner, that contains buttons with specific functions related to the current screen. These buttons typically let you perform actions such as search, filter, or help. The exact buttons visible in the action area may vary depending on the screen you're using. 
  1. A search option is available in the action area of the screen. 
  2. Using this field, you can search for a specific partner from the list.
  3. The results will appear immediately as you type.

Filter

  1. A filter option is available in the action area of the screen. 
  2. You can easily search for a specific partner by its type, rating, language, or a combination of one or more filters.
  3. Three filters are provided for you in the filter:
    1. Partner Type field:
      1. The 'Partner Type' field will give the partner types. 
      2. Once you select the desired partner, it will be added as a chip in the field. You can select multiple values in this field. Additionally, you can remove a partner by clicking the 'X' icon.
    2. Partner Level:
      1. The 'Partner Level' field will display the partner level options. 
      2. Once you choose a partner level, it will appear as a chip in the field. You can select multiple options, and remove a value by clicking the 'X' icon.
    3. Rating field:
      1. This dropdown is meant to show the partner rating.
      2. You can choose a relevant rating from the dropdown menu to use it as a filter.
    4. Language field:
      1. This dropdown menu is designed to show the partner language.
      2. You can choose an appropriate rating value from the menu to apply it to the filter.
    5. Industry Expertise:
      1. The 'Industry Expertise field' is automatically populated with its values. 
      2. Once you select a desired value, it will be added as a chip in the field. You can choose multiple values here. Additionally, you can remove any value by clicking the 'X' icon.
  1. Show Results button: After clicking the "Show Results" button, the configured filter will be applied, and the results will be displayed on the screen.
  2. Reset button: The Reset button is provided to reset your filter. When you click the Reset button, all filter settings will be cleared and restored to the default.
  3. You can close the filter at any time by clicking on the "X" icon. If you click the "X" icon without clearing the filter, the filter will close, and the applied filter will be shown on the filter icon.

Help

  1. An icon for Help is located in the action area. 
  2. When you click the Help icon, the Help tab will open and display relevant knowledge base articles related to the current screen. 
  3. Each article appears as a separate section. 
  4. Clicking on a section will open the corresponding article in a new browser tab.
