Edit Connector Components
This section provides the steps to edit the connectivity details of an existing connector. To start the edit mode, you need to click on the Edit button on the Connector Designer Details screen.
Step 1: Start Editing Mode
Option 1: Accessing an Edit option using a context menu
- Click or hover the mouse on the arrow to expand the menu on the Connector Designer card.
- Click on the Pencil icon to open the edit screen.
Option 2: Accessing an Edit option via the Connector Designer Details screen
- Click on the Connector tile to open the Details view or select the Details icon from the context menu.
- Click on the Edit drop-down and select the Edit option.
- A list of edit options gets displayed on the screen.
- To edit the component details, click on the Components band.
Step 2: View Component List
- After clicking on the Component band, a list of all available Components will be displayed.
- Each Component is represented by a separate band on the screen.
- To make changes to a specific component, click on it.
Add Component
- To add a new component, click on the Add button.
- An Add Component wizard will open. Follow the steps in the wizard to complete the process.
- Refer to the Define Component articles for more information and details on the step.

Delete Component
- Any component from the list can be removed.
- You may remove one or multiple components at once.
Delete One Component
- When hovering over the band, a Delete icon will appear.
- Upon clicking the icon, a confirmation pop-up must appear.
Delete Multiple Components
- Click on the Select button provided in the action area, and you will see the delete icon in the action area.
- Please select the band of the component you wish to delete. The chosen bands will be highlighted.
- Multiple bands can be selected simultaneously.
- To remove the component, click on the Delete icon in the action area, and a confirmation pop-up will appear.
- When you click the Delete button for a band, a confirmation pop-up will appear.
- The pop-up will display two options: a "Yes" button and a "No" button.
- If you choose Yes, the band will be deleted.
- If you select No, the deletion process will be canceled.
Step 3: Edit the Component Details
- To edit any component, click on one of the bands. After clicking on a component band, the screen will open with the following edit options:

Step 4: Edit the Component Flow
- To modify the flow, click on the Flow.
