Download Automation From Marketplace

Overview

The Get from Marketplace feature enables Integration Designers to browse and download pre-built automation packages from the OneEnterprise Marketplace and directly import them into their instance. Users access the feature from the Automations page, search for and select one or more automations, and download them in a single action. This accelerates integration and delivery by allowing teams to reuse certified, versioned automation packages rather than building flows from scratch.

Get From Marketplace

  1. On the Automation Designer home page, a Get From Marketplace option is provided.
  2. Click the dropdown arrow (chevron) next to the Add button in the top-right toolbar.
  3. Select Get from Marketplace from the dropdown menu.

  1. The Select and Download Automation dialog opens.
  2. The dialog lists all available marketplace automations. Each automation displays its name, the publishing organisation identifier (namespace), and a version status badge.
    1. Up to date — the automation version on the Marketplace matches the version on the instance (green badge).
    2. Newest version on your instance — the instance holds the latest published version; no update is available (grey badge).
    3. No badge — the automation is not yet present on the instance.
  3. Review the list of available automations.
  4. You can use the search function to search for your desired automation. As you start typing the name, the result will be displayed instantly.
  5. You can select one or more automations for download. Multi-select is supported.
  6. The Download button activates when at least one automation is selected.
  7. Click Download to start the download.

  1. The system displays a per-item progress notification for each automation being downloaded.
  2. When all downloads are complete, the system shows an "All downloads completed" notification.
  3. Once all downloads are complete, the downloaded automations appear on the Automations page.
  4. Newly added automations initially display a placeholder thumbnail image until the asset finishes loading.
